not quantity
In 2010, following the destruction to the economy caused by the 2008 credit crisis, there emerged a large number of new, mostly small property sector companies formed by professionals made redundant by the economic shock.
The business development consultancy formed and managed by John Cowell in 2000 was approached by many of these new businesses based in London and the South East seeking advice and support.
Not having the financial resources nor time to carry out the tasks needed to sustain and grow the business, we created collaborating groups who, working together under our management and mentoring, targeted and built working relationships with potential new business providers in both market sectors and regions where they had strengths or ambition.
Each member company pays an affordable fee to support the management, mentoring and marketing and each then contributes to agreed joint activities making membership a successful and time-efficient way of promoting their services and meeting new business partners.
